1. Agreement

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all services provided by Emerge Empire (“we,” “us,” “our”). By booking or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Services

Emerge Empire provides financial planning, analysis, and advisory services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing will be outlined in proposals, invoices, or agreements.

We reserve the right to update or modify services at any time.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

- Provide accurate and complete information

- Respond in a timely manner when required

- Use services for lawful purposes only

Delays caused by the client may impact timelines and delivery.

4. Payment Terms

Currency:

All pricing is listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD).

Deposit:

A non-refundable $25 deposit is required prior to consultations. This may be applied to future services.

Invoice Terms:

- Invoices are due within 15 days of issue

- A final legal payment period of 30 days from the issue date applies

Late Payments:

Late payments may result in:

- Suspension of services

- Additional fees

- Collection action if required

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds are generally not provided for:

- Completed services

- Missed appointments

- Custom or digital deliverables

6. Cancellations

Client Cancellations:

- Minimum 48 hours notice required

- Late cancellations may incur a fee

- Missed appointments may be charged in full

Company Cancellations:

We may reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances. Clients will receive either:

- A full refund

- A service credit

7. Termination of Services

Services may be terminated if:

- Payment obligations are not met

- Terms are violated

- Inappropriate or abusive behavior occurs

Outstanding balances remain payable.

8. Intellectual Property

All materials, content, and deliverables remain the property of Emerge Empire until full payment is received.

Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

Emerge Empire is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.

Total liability is limited to the amount paid for services.

10. Privacy

Client information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada.

12. Updates

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services indicates acceptance of any changes.
